General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and contracting party

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

You can place products in the cart and review and change your information before submitting the order using the correction options provided during the ordering process. By clicking the final order button that is clearly marked as creating an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the cart.

Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically without undue delay. This automatic acknowledgement of receipt constitutes acceptance only if it expressly states that the order has been accepted. Otherwise, the contract is concluded as soon as we accept your offer by means of a separate order confirmation, a shipping confirmation or dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first. Acceptance takes place no later than within two business days. If acceptance does not occur within this period, you are no longer bound by your offer; any payments already received will be refunded without undue delay.

3. Contract language, contract text and correction of input errors

The contract language is German. We store the order data and these General Terms and Conditions. You will receive the order data by email after placing your order. The current version of these General Terms and Conditions is available in the online shop and can be saved or printed there.

4. Products and product presentation

The relevant product description and the variant you selected determine the characteristics of the goods. Due to differences in screen settings, colors displayed on a device may differ slightly from the delivered print for technical reasons. Your statutory rights in relation to defects remain unaffected.

Our wall posters and the Lunar Alignment hoodie show predefined standard motifs. The fact that a product is printed or made only after an order has been received does not automatically make it a custom-made or personalized item and does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Prices and shipping costs

All prices shown in the shop are total prices in euros. Due to the small-business tax exemption pursuant to Section 19 UStG, VAT is not shown separately. Shipping costs are charged in addition. Their amount depends on the items ordered, selected sizes and the available shipping method in accordance with our shipping policy. For an order containing several shipping groups, the respective fees may be added together. Any shipping-cost exemption applies only to the shipping group expressly identified. The exact calculation, current fees and examples for mixed orders can be found in our shipping policy. The total price including all shipping costs is shown before you submit an order that is subject to payment.

6. Payment

The payment methods currently available are shown before or during the ordering process. Unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method, the purchase price is due when the contract is concluded. The terms of the selected payment service provider may additionally apply to payment processing.

7. Delivery

We deliver exclusively to shipping addresses within Germany.

The Lunar Alignment hoodie is made only after your order has been placed. The total delivery time after receipt of payment is 10–15 business days to Germany, including production and shipping. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

For other items, unless a different delivery period is stated in the product offer or at checkout, delivery takes 5–10 business days after receipt of payment. This delivery time includes production and shipping.

Production and shipping may be carried out by a fulfillment service provider commissioned by us. We remain your contracting party and the contact for your statutory rights.

Partial deliveries are made only insofar as they are reasonable for you. You will not incur additional shipping costs as a result. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes only upon delivery to you or to an authorized third party designated by you.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details regarding the requirements, time limits, consequences, return shipping costs and the model withdrawal form are set out in our separate cancellation policy. You can also declare your withdrawal using our electronic withdrawal function.

10. Statutory rights in relation to defects

The statutory rights in relation to defects apply without restriction. Please contact us directly if there is a defect. A manufacturer or fulfillment service provider engaged by us does not replace our responsibility as the seller.

11. Liability

We are liable for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
