We currently deliver exclusively to shipping addresses within Germany.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the items ordered, the selected sizes and the available shipping method. The following shipping groups currently apply to our assortment. The amounts listed are calculated per participating shipping group, not as a flat rate per item.

Item or format	Shipping costs within Germany
BirdieWorld Premium All-Over Hoodie - Lunar Alignment, all offered sizes XS to 3XL	€6.90 per order within the Lunar shipping group
Posters in 15 × 20 cm, 25 × 25 cm, A3, 30 × 40 cm, 30 × 45 cm, 40 × 60 cm or 45 × 60 cm, excluding the seven motifs listed below	€6.90
Posters in 60 × 80 cm, 60 × 90 cm or 70 × 100 cm, excluding the seven motifs listed below	€8.89
Signature Tee and Clubhouse Polo	€4.19
Signature Hoodie, Clubhouse Logo Hoodie and Art Remix Hoodie	€5.61
Sunlit Terraces, Sea Breeze Fairway, Garden of First Light, The Quiet River, The Way Home, The Nest After Hours and The Living Canopy, in all offered sizes; as well as the Morning at The Nest Mug (11 oz / approx. 325 ml) and the Clubhouse Carry Tote (White / Emerald)	Standard €5.99; from an order value of €55.00, only the standard shipping portion for this group is waived

Express shipping for €9.99 is available for the last-mentioned group if this shipping method is offered for your cart at checkout. An additional express option does not constitute a promise of shorter production time.

The flat shipping charge for Lunar Alignment applies once per Lunar shipping group in an order, even when several Lunar hoodies are ordered. There is no free-shipping threshold or express option for Lunar. For orders containing items from other shipping groups within Germany, their shipping costs may be added. The final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you place an order that is subject to payment.

Orders containing multiple shipping groups

If an order contains items from different shipping groups, the respective fees are added together. For example, a poster from the €6.90 group and a poster from the €8.89 group result in total shipping costs of €15.79. A poster from the €6.90 group together with a Signature Tee results in shipping costs of €11.09.

The €55.00 threshold refers to the merchandise value taken into account for shipping calculations at checkout. It only waives the standard shipping portion for the seven expressly named posters, the Morning at The Nest Mug and the Clubhouse Carry Tote (White / Emerald) within the same shipping group. Shipping costs for other groups remain payable even at a higher order value. There is no general free-shipping threshold for the entire assortment.

Shipping costs and the total amount are shown before you place an order that is subject to payment. Due to the small-business tax exemption pursuant to Section 19 UStG, VAT is not shown separately.

Production and delivery time

Our posters are produced only after your order has been placed. Unless a different delivery period is stated in the product offer or at checkout, delivery takes 5–10 business days after receipt of payment. This delivery time includes production and shipping. If an exceptional delay occurs, we will inform you.

The Lunar Alignment hoodie is made only after your order has been placed. The total delivery time after receipt of payment is 10–15 business days to Germany, including production and shipping. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

Shipping and tracking

Production and shipping are handled through our print-on-demand production network. Depending on the production route, items from one order may arrive separately. We do not charge any additional fees beyond the shipping costs shown before completion of your order solely because we deliver your order in multiple shipments. Tracking information is provided as soon as it becomes available from the carrier.
