You can use this link to withdraw from the contract or individual items in an order online. After submitting the request, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. Alternatively, you may declare your withdrawal as described below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

Our posters with fixed motifs and standard sizes are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal even if they are produced only after your order has been placed.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post, an email or the electronic withdrawal function linked above. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
